David grew up in the real estate profession. His father was a real estate attorney and his mother was an Owner/Broker in Manhattan, Kansas for 30 years.

David graduated from the University of Colorado in Economics with an emphasis in Real Estate. He has a vast background in sales, new construction, investing, marketing, financing, training, coaching and consulting in residential real estate and has been in the business in Kansas City since 1987!

David's sales team, The Conderman Group, works full-time to provide Buyer and Seller clients the best price and terms possible in their real estate transactions while providing outstanding service. The Conderman Group consistently ranks in the Top 100 Realtors in Kansas City.

David knows the Real Estate industry inside and out. He's received accolades from his industry and is highly respected by his peers. He spends time consulting and giving seminars to the top REALTORS across the country. He is continually looking for the best possible ways to serve.

David became an owner in Keller Williams Realty Key Partners, LLC in 2007 and has since become the majority shareholder, Managing Member & Operating Principal. With an office of over 360 of Kansas City's best Real Estate Agents, David has been helping Realtors transform their businesses and lives. Key Partners has grown from #33 to the #5 Real Estate Office in Kansas City in overall Production under his watch.

From 2017-2022, Key Partners has finished the year with the Shortest Average Days on Market, Largest Growth in Volume, Units Listed and Sold of the Top 10 Offices in Kansas City. During that time Key Partners not only doubled agent count, but doubled Profit Share paid back to his agents each year!

Training, Coaching, Educating and Consulting Realtors is a passion of David's and it shows! He works daily to help his associates reach their goals and have businesses worth owning and lives worth living!

David was recently the Regional Director for Keller Williams California Central and Southern Region. He worked together with his 16 offices and 3,800 agents to grow their businesses and become the Real Estate Company of choice in California.

David lives in Leawood, Kansas with his lovely wife and two sons!
